• System Integration: ensure WCS and WMS sync with hardware.

• Operational Excellence: design scalable SOPs for automated workflows.

• Performance Metrics: own KPIs: Parcels Per Hour, speed, and unit costs.
\n

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in logistics ops, with 3+ years managing automated warehouses.
\n
• Technical Knowledge: deep understanding of WCS and high-speed sorting tech.
\n
• Logistics Expertise: cross-border South China to Hong Kong and international freight.
\n
• Leadership: strong experience managing 3PL vendors and on-site tech teams.
\n
• Problem Solving: hands-on leader who troubleshoots bottlenecks in real time.
\n
• Residency: Must be a current resident of Hong Kong.
