Ecosystem campaigns: coordinate ecosystem campaigns with external partners.
Process optimization: maintain SOPs and trackers; drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
1-2 years TradFi experience (investment banking, asset management, markets).
Ownership: proactive, unblock bottlenecks, drive completion.
Integrity: handle sensitive market-moving information with discretion.
Attention to detail: meticulous in time-sensitive operations.
Communication: strong written and verbal with external and internal teams.
