Job Summary:

The Director, Culture and Talent Management is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that foster a strong corporate culture, align with the company’s mission and values, and enhance the overall employee experience. This role focuses on nurturing a positive workplace environment for both in-office and remote employees, owning the employer value proposition, and delivering a world-class onboarding experience to all new starts.

Responsibilities:

Culture Development:

Assess and refine organizational culture through leadership practices, employee feedback, and cultural initiatives.

Develop and execute strategies that promote a cohesive and engaging work environment, both in-office and remotely.

Communicate the company’s mission, values, and culture through various channels (e.g., internal communications, events, staff meetings).

Employee Experience:

Design and implement programs that enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

Create initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Employer Value Proposition:

Develop and articulate the company’s employer value proposition to attract and retain top talent.

Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the employer brand internally and externally.

Ensure consistent messaging about the company’s values, culture, and opportunities across all platforms.

Onboarding:

Oversee and enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped for success.

Collaborate with HR and department heads to create comprehensive onboarding programs such as orientation, training, and mentorship.

Regularly review and update onboarding materials and processes to align with the company’s evolving needs and best practices.

HR Communications:

Ensure transparent and effective communication between employees and management.

Foster a culture of open communication and feedback.

Employee Enablement:

Create programs and resources that empower employees to perform their best work.

Ensure employees have access to the tools, information, and training they need to be effective.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Identify and remove barriers that hinder employee productivity and satisfaction.

Diversity & Inclusion:

Support the development and implementation of D&I initiatives that align with the company’s values and enhance the employee experience.

Provide training and workshops to raise awareness and understanding of DE&I issues.

Program Metrics and Reporting:

Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of culture, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.

Regularly assess progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

Proven experience building a world-class company culture, employee experience, and engagement model

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
