🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of finance experience in hardware, manufacturing, or complex supply chain.
- Passion for building great finance teams and driving margin and working capital improvements.
- Strong ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Expert modeling skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- An exemplary ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling when presenting data insights.
