Strategic Finance, Hardware Financial Consolidations & Systems

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end consolidated hardware P&L across Io and Robotics.
• Establish hardware operating cadence: monthly close, forecast, reforecast, variance.
• Partner with Hardware Finance, FP&A, Accounting; align plans with actuals.
• Build consolidated forecasting models rolling up Product Finance, COGS, and R&D.
• Design and manage hardware financial systems; drive automation and scalability.
• Own hardware chart of accounts and financial structures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Strong modeling skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling when presenting data.
• Experience partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and hardware leaders.
• Passion for building scalable finance systems and processes.
