🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA/CIA a plus.
- 8–12+ years in SOX/ICFR, internal controls, or financial process transformation.
- Proven ability to build programs: operating models, governance, artifacts.
- Experience with M&A or transaction controls (deal governance, integration).
- Strong ICFR, COSO knowledge and control design/testing methods.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
