📋 Description

• Define and evolve a SOX/ICFR readiness framework across FRM.
• Create clear roles, decision paths, and escalation routes.
• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities, progress, and risks.
• Partner with workstream leads to ensure outputs are leadership-ready.
• Stand up program frameworks for emerging priorities (M&A, hardware, systems).
• Based in SF; hybrid work (3 days in office weekly) and relocation aid.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA/CIA a plus.
• 8–12+ years in SOX/ICFR, internal controls, or financial process transformation.
• Proven ability to build programs: operating models, governance, artifacts.
• Experience with M&A or transaction controls (deal governance, integration).
• Strong ICFR, COSO knowledge and control design/testing methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
