🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, or fraud.
- 4+ years of people leadership or senior-level operational ownership.
- Strong decision-maker in ambiguous, high-risk settings; balance speed and accuracy.
- Clear communication of safety and risk decisions to Legal, Policy, Product, and leadership.
- Translate frontline operations into actionable policy/product guidance.
- Skilled at influencing without authority across cross-functional teams.
