Product & Solutions Lead, Safety and Security

📋 Description

• Own the 0–1 safety/security roadmap: users, problems, metrics, deliverables
• Design and ship bespoke solutions for priority partners; create reusable patterns
• Build partner-ready artifacts: blueprints, architectures, playbooks, checklists
• Maintain a consistent delivery model: intake, scoping, governance, cadence
• Translate evolving threats into guidance for solution packages

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product/leadership or safety/security domains
• Built 0–1 solution offerings and scaled them into repeatable models
• Builder mindset: incubate ideas and test with partners
• Deep collaboration with engineers to produce usable artifacts
• Strong abstraction: turn bespoke engagements into reusable patterns
• Strong written communication for clarity and partner usability
• Nice to have: fraud/cyber threat, incident response, or gov infra
