📋 Description

• Develop and refine national security policies for OpenAI tech.
• Manage governance for high-risk AI use cases.
• Collaborate with legal, investigations, and government teams on deployment.
• Drive safety, risk, and governance for deployments.
• Define principles to identify and respond to unauthorized national-security use.
• Engage with government stakeholders on AI safety and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in national security/defense/intel or high-risk policy with AI tech experience.
• Experience developing/operationalizing risk assessments with tech and legal teams.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders; balance principled risk with pragmatism.
• Strong written and verbal communication with product, eng, legal, and executives.
• Able to adapt to new domains and contribute across adjacent work streams.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance (or NATO equivalent).
