🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in analytics (data analysis/BI) at a high-growth org.
- Strong SQL; production queries; ETLs; data validations.
- Clean, join, validate multi-source datasets; note data limitations.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; slide-ready charts for leadership.
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders; translate questions to data.
- HRIS/ATS/payroll data experience a plus (not required).
