🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations/Engineering/PM in hardware, compute, or supply chain.
- Proven track record leading hardware NPI end-to-end from bring-up to ramp.
- BOM management, ECO/MCO, build readiness, test, quality, and material planning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions in ambiguity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive/external audiences.
- Preferred: hyperscale datacenter exp, supplier engagement, PLM/ERP familiarity.
