🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in facilities engineering or technical ops.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- PE license, CFM, or equivalent technical certification preferred.
- Experience with BAS/BMS, energy management, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with global building codes and health & safety standards.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and project management skills.
