📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain global facilities standards for safety and reliability.
  • Build and manage a vendor bench for facilities ops and providers.
  • Serve as primary contact for senior leadership during crises.
  • Advise PMs and architects on MEP systems during design/build.
  • Strengthen facilities data and analytics through standardization.
  • Act as trusted source of truth for facilities standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in facilities engineering or technical ops.
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • PE license, CFM, or equivalent technical certification preferred.
  • Experience with BAS/BMS, energy management, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with global building codes and health & safety standards.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and project management skills.
