Work on transactions: framing opportunities, diligence, and financial analysis.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Finance, and Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

10-12+ years in strategy/consulting, VC, IB, corporate dev, or product.
A genuine passion for AI and its impact on the world.
Experience analyzing emerging tech and markets; work with founders/investors.
Strong strategic judgment and analytical rigor in fast-moving situations.
Ownership mindset; build new processes and drive work forward without precedent.
Clear and persuasive communication with senior stakeholders and partners.
Excitement to help build OpenAI’s corporate development function.
