- Strong judgment under ambiguity; clear written communication.
- Analytical with data fluency; able to prioritize with data.
- Experience shipping tooling and automation, including LLM-enabled tooling.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Legal, Security, Product.
- Experience with high-severity safety domains and QA programs.
