🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in user operations, technical support, or support engineering.
  • Proficient with emerging tech (Codex, ChatGPT, OpenAI API) and Python scripting.
  • Expert SaaS troubleshooting; quickly understand new tech and concepts.
  • Proactively drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and complex-issues communication.
  • Thrive in ambiguity; adapt quickly; continuous learning and growth.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to drive issue resolution.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
