Independently research emerging open source tech for intel ops.
Lead evaluations of technical solutions; identify innovation opportunities.
Design and support pilots, testing, and proofs-of-concept.
Collaborate with senior analysts; provide input to workflows; report to Tech Unit Chief.
Monitor industry trends, certifications, and best practices.
Develop docs, reports, and knowledge sharing within the unit.

Ability to summarize clearly and concisely, written and verbal.
Quick to learn, evaluate, and apply new open source intel tech/tools.
Facilitate effective communication with all levels inside/outside the org.
Demonstrated experience and interest in tech, research, or innovation work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
