Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer

Strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (MWAA experience is a plus).

Experience working with Snowflake.

Solid knowledge of SQL.

Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations.

Comfortable collaborating with leadership, DevOps, research teams, and customer support.

Previous experience working in small companies or startups.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and troubleshoot effectively.

Conversational English – able to collaborate and communicate with an international team.

Willingness to overlap occasionally with Pacific and Hong Kong time zones for QA and debugging.

Proactive communicator, responsive on Slack during working hours.
