About the Role

We are looking for aFull Stack Engineerwith strong experience inNestJS and Vueto help build, scale, and evolve modern web applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, understands how different layers of the stack interact, and can make thoughtful technical decisions in fast-moving environments.

You will work across backend and frontend systems, collaborating closely with founders and the broader team to design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and continuously improve the product. This position requires a balance of technical depth, product thinking, and pragmatism—especially when operating in cost-conscious environments where trade-offs matter.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services usingNestJSandMongoDB (Mongoose)

Build and maintain frontend applications usingVueandTanStack

Take ownership of components across the full stack, from API design to UI implementation

Optimize systems forscalability, performance, and reliability

Integrate caching, background processing, and infrastructure components (e.g., Redis)

Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to translate product ideas into technical solutions

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments

Participate in technical decision-making and system architecture discussions

Must Have:

Strong experience withNestJSandMongoDB / Mongoose

Solid frontend experience withVueandTanStack

Familiarity withRedis,CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), andcloud hosting(AWS Beanstalk or similar)

Experience working with modern hosting platforms such asVerceland backend services likeSupabase

Ability to understand theentire product stackand take full ownership of components

Proven problem-solving skills and ability to optimize for scalability and performance

Comfortable workingclosely with foundersin a dynamic, evolving environment

Experience working incost-conscious environments, making thoughtful technology trade-offs

Nice to Have:

Exposure toAI-driven product enhancements

Experience modernizinglegacy systems or MVPsfor scalability

Startup orearly-stage company experience
