🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CS, IE, or related technical field.
- 1+ years in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with warehouse ops: picking workflows, labor management, productivity metrics.
- Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software systems with strong technical aptitude.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into improvements.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, esp. early-stage deployments.
