🎯 Requirements

- 1+ years in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or customer-facing tech roles.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, picking workflows, and productivity metrics.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational improvements.
- Willingness to work onsite daily at customer locations and adapt to schedules.
