- Develop and refine SOPs, best practices, and playbooks.
- Define repeatable models for future Array deployments.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
- 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiar with warehouse ops, picking workflows, and metrics.
- Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage deployments.
- Cross-functional collaboration; ability to influence.
- Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
- Willing to work onsite daily and adapt to schedules.
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
