🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
At least 0.5 years of relevant experience (ops, consulting or tech).
Willingness to adapt to fast-changing environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset.
