🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in IT Support or Service Desk.
  • MSP experience.
  • Onsite client support experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, SharePoint Online.
  • Experience managing endpoint devices and user environments.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and access management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
