- Bachelorโs Degree in HR, Business or related field; advanced HR degree preferred.
- At least 6 years in HR with 3+ years HR management experience.
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role.
- Previous experience with Workday HRIS.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; results oriented.
- Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs.
- Spanish-speaking and/or Vietnamese-speaking preferred.
