  • Execute people initiatives; provide internal HR support; drive HR excellence.
  • Manage and develop a small team of HR administrators.
  • Understand business goals and propose HR policies and improvements.
  • Guide leaders in corrective action, development plans, and terminations.
  • Coach and mentor Fulfillment Operations management and leadership.
  • Provide HRIS reporting and data management in Workday.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in HR, Business or related field; advanced HR degree preferred.
  • At least 6 years in HR with 3+ years HR management experience.
  • Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role.
  • Previous experience with Workday HRIS.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities; results oriented.
  • Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs.
  • Spanish-speaking and/or Vietnamese-speaking preferred.
