🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, or tech).
  • You embrace change and help the company adapt in a fast-growing environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams in a structured way.
  • Strong analytical mind.
