🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles
- Production-quality code experience; extending frameworks, SDKs, or plugin systems
- Proficiency in C#, Python, C++, or similar languages
- Strong software design principles: modularity and backward compatibility
- Comfort debugging with customers in real-world environments
- Clear written and verbal communication for mixed audiences
- Willingness to travel to customer sites periodically
