In Partner Operations at OnePay, you’ll own the operational relationships with our external partners, ensuring their performance is aligned with our business strategy and customer commitments. Reporting into the Operations leadership team, you will bridge strategy and execution by overseeing partner performance, troubleshooting operational gaps, and enabling scalable growth.
Manage day-to-day operations with key external partners, ensuring service quality, compliance, and performance targets are consistently met.
Build scalable processes to monitor and improve partner delivery across banking, payments, and credit programs.
Act as a trusted point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders, translating operational issues into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams internally to align partner operations with company goals and customer outcomes.
Lead problem-solving during escalations, ensuring root causes are addressed and long-term solutions implemented.
10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial services operations, ideally with exposure to partner/vendor management.
Proven ability to build and manage external relationships with polish and professionalism; comfortable representing the company in high-stakes conversations.
Strong understanding of operational processes across payments, credit, or banking systems.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate operational performance into business outcomes.
Customer advocacy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and do root cause analysis quickly.
