📋 Description

  • Serve as inside sales partner to Field Sales; advance opportunities in pipeline.
  • Proactively manage inbound/outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption.
  • Build long-term consultative relationships to drive repeat testing.
  • Nurture patient opportunities from initial contact through testing completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and PowerBI data on interactions and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years inside sales; remote/phone-based preferred.
  • 2+ years outbound/inbound sales or call center with metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage territory and link activity to pipeline.
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong data skills: Excel, Google, and reporting tools.
  • Background in medical/diagnostic/biological sciences preferred.
