π― Requirements
- Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Must be licensed pharmacist in Washington.
- PGY2 Oncology Residency completed.
- PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency & 3+ yrs oncology experience.
- 3+ years as clinical oncology pharmacist, CPA experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
