π― Requirements
- Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Must be licensed pharmacist in California
- Must meet one of the following qualifications:
- β’ PGY2 Oncology Residency
- β’ PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency and at least 3 years of oncology clinical pharmacist experience
- β’ At least 3 years of oncology clinical pharmacist experience, including 1 year under a CPA
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
