Collaborate with physicians and teams to order care plans under a CPA.
Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety; intervene as appropriate.
Support quality-improvement and REMS initiatives.
Advise operations with complex prior authorizations and education.

🎯 Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
Licensed California pharmacist.
PGY2 Oncology Residency or PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency with 3+ yrs oncology experience.
At least 3 years as an oncology clinical pharmacist, including CPA experience.
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
