- PharmD degree
- Licensed pharmacist in California
- PGY2 Oncology Residency
- PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency + 3+ years oncology experience
- 3+ years oncology pharmacist experience with CPA
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
