🎯 Requirements

PharmD degree
Licensed pharmacist in Washington
PGY2 Oncology Residency
PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency + 3 years oncology experience
At least 3 years oncology pharmacy experience, incl. 1 year under CPA
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
