π― Requirements
- 1+ year in operations/onboarding or customer support.
- 1β2 years customer service experience supporting customers and internal stakeholders.
- B2B account management experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; handle complex, process-driven tasks accurately.
- Project and task management; prioritize competing requests.
- Advanced Google Workspace and MS Office; basic HTML/FTP knowledge.
