🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year in operations, onboarding, or customer support.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- B2B account management or client services experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail for complex, process-driven tasks.
- Solid project and task management; prioritization.
- Advanced Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
