🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in SaaS.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to fully understand our software.
  • Native or near-native German and English.
  • Availability to work afternoon shifts.
  • Experience negotiating commercial conversations with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
