π― Requirements
- 1+ year experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in SaaS.
- Tech-savvy with ability to fully understand our software.
- Native or near-native German and English.
- Availability to work afternoon shifts.
- Experience negotiating commercial conversations with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
