📋 Description

  • Lead enterprise onboarding projects involving multiple stakeholders and integrations.
  • Act as trusted advisor to customers, guiding onboarding success.
  • Develop and optimize onboarding standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Mentor Levels I & II specialists for quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Configuration, Training, Projects, Product, and Support across the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10 years in onboarding, implementation, PM, or customer success in SaaS/services.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise or multi-product projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management software.
  • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
