  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume onboarding portfolio.
  • Strong PM, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience forecasting onboarding, tracking, and portfolio reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Bonus: Salesforce/GuideCX or multi-location SaaS experience.
