- 3โ5 years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, PM, or customer success.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume onboarding portfolio.
- Strong PM, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience forecasting onboarding, tracking, and portfolio reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Bonus: Salesforce/GuideCX or multi-location SaaS experience.
