- Primary customer contact during onboarding; ensure CX.
- Coordinate onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track progress and document in Salesforce, GuideCX, and systems.
- Identify risks or blockers early; escalate as needed.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Migration, Support, Education, CS.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1โ3 years in onboarding, project coordination, CS, or account mgmt.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Technical aptitude; learn SaaS onboarding workflows and configurations.
- Willingness to learn and develop PM and onboarding skills.
- Bonus: Salesforce/GuideCX experience or wellness industry background.
