🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality
Hands-on, proactive approach to getting things done
Excellent external and internal customer support skills
Experience cross-functionally with other departments
Proactive by nature with great attention to detail
