- 2+ years in New Client Implementation or Onboarding (healthcare/pharma).
- SaaS platforms familiarity; Salesforce, Outreach; Zoom/Meet.
- BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative, able to work independently.
- Passion, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
