Conduct registration calls guiding practices through onboarding.
Set up office accounts, manage status, and maintain data in Salesforce and Outreach.
Present new features to customers and activate them in settings.
Participate in special projects with the Account Management team to optimize engagement.
Provide feedback on practice performance and scaling strategies.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in New Client Implementation or Onboarding (healthcare/pharma preferred)
Experience with SaaS platforms; Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom/Google Meet
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Collaborative, able to work independently
Passion, curiosity, and results-driven mindset
