- 2+ years in New Client Implementation or Onboarding (healthcare/pharma preferred)
- Experience with SaaS platforms; Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom/Google Meet
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Collaborative, able to work independently
- Passion, curiosity, and results-driven mindset
