Conduct registration calls guiding onboarding for medical practices.
Set up office accounts, manage status, and maintain data in Salesforce and Outreach.
Present new features to customers and enable them in settings.
Participate in special projects with Account Management to boost engagement.
Provide feedback on practice performance and scaling strategies.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in New Client Implementation or Onboarding roles, healthcare/pharma preferred.
Experience with SaaS platforms; Salesforce, Outreach; Zoom/Google Meet.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Collaborative, able to work independently.
Passion, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
