- Coordinate onboarding and training of Restaurant Partners to inKind's platform
- Serve as main contact for partner inquiries during launch
- Learn partners' business goals and map to inKind usage
- Work cross-functionally to refine partner experience processes
- Build relationships with partners to improve implementation
- Manage queue of new projects, location requests, and maintenance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, Keynote
- Experience with project management and prioritization
- Strong communicator; works with external partners and internal teams
- Experience with restaurants or food entities is a plus
- Training or operational experience is a plus
