Provide software configuration and onboarding support to Mindbody customers via video conferencing and email.
Collect customer requirements during kickoff calls and configure the customer site accordingly.
Liaise between the customer and Mindbody teams; recommend and help implement value-added services.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma and equivalent experience.
1+ years customer service experience.
Training or teaching experience preferred.
Strong time-management skills and effective time use.
Ability to read, analyze and solve customer questions.
Knowledge of database and internet-based software.
