- Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers from sales handoff to go-live.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementations.
- Serve as primary contact for onboarding mid-market customers, driving alignment.
- Lead customer meetings (pre-kickoff, kickoff, check-ins, go-live) and document actions.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points to maintain momentum.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, and Account Management.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at business-professional level.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.
- At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving projects through completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
