  • Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers from sales handoff to go-live.
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementations.
  • Primary contact for onboarding mid-market customers, ensuring clear communication.
  • Lead customer meetings including pre-kickoff, kickoff, check-ins, and go-live.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain momentum.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, and Professional Services.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • 4+ years in hotel operations or hotel management.
  • 1+ year PM experience in SaaS or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and customer-facing presentation skills.
