📋 Description

  • Process inbound cash and asset transfer requests into self-directed retirement accounts.
  • Review transfer documentation, submit requests to custodians, and track status.
  • Provide cross-functional onboarding support and assist with account maintenance.
  • Maintain notes and status updates in internal systems.
  • Communicate with investors on missing documentation or transfer updates.
  • Hybrid in-office: 2-3 days/week in San Francisco, CA.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in financial services or transaction processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requests simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience processing retirement account transfers is a plus.
