📋 Description

• Review verification submissions for compliance; perform KYC checks and analyze digital footprints to prevent fraud.
• QA AI-generated decisions and agent submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze verification processes and appeals to detect patterns, optimize workflows, and mitigate risks.
• Handle escalations for complex verification cases; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and align on best practices.
• Maintain process documentation and support team efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Remote work with strong time management and clear communication.
• Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT.
• 1–2 years in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet SLAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
