Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard new Cutover customers with structured, high-quality experiences
• Own onboarding plans for multiple customers concurrently
• Provide cross-workstream governance across CS, AEs, Solution Architecture, and Delivery
• Ensure onboarding progresses from implementation to value realization within six months
• Escalate issues through governance forums with transparency and accountability
• Maintain end-to-end visibility and report progress to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong program or project management background
• Experience managing multiple complex cross-functional implementations
• Ability to drive accountability without direct authority
• Comfortable with executive-level communication and escalation
• Process-oriented mindset; focus on continuous improvement
• Previous tech operations experience
